Basic Wrap
This very basic wrap is simplicity itself, just wrap the poi heads into your tricep and spin them back out the way they came in. This serves as a useful example of how quickly you can change direction using wraps. A single poi performing a wrap would change the move from a butterfly based one to a weave based one and vice versa but because here we wrap two heads we reverse both of them and so the move switches from a forwards weave into a reverse weave pretty much instantaneously.
