Butterfly - Weave Throw

This throw is very simple, you can throw the poi and catch it to go back into a butterfly or you can catch it then go into a weave like in the example which is my favourite of the two. Do a straightforward butterfly, turn it into a ttn then release at the correct point letting the head of the poi become the pivotal point. You want to be releasing somewhere around the point where the poi is at 10 o'clock. There is a small flick as well that can sometimes do wonders for the spin of the handle round the head of the poi. Catch the poi handle and do exactly what it says on the tin.. turn it into a weave for much awesomeness and kudos.
