The Windmill
The Windmill, involves you doing a weave, turning your body 90 degrees and dropping one hand after another over each respective shoulder like above. Do it messily at first to get used to doing a weave motion whilst dropping over your shoulder. Then work on your timing and centralization. It wont take long and the windmill is a lovely move to perform and watch, a credit to anyones repertoire.
