This is much the same as the bth move. The timing is the same but you have to get your ass out of the way this time and its harder to hold the move there for a few beats, without looking like you've got a dodgy lower back. Still, it's an excellent move to tie in with your growing repertoire. I found this one to be a bit of an ankle biter. Some people find it to be a leg bruiser. Im just short I suppose. |
